Relistly is a cross-listing tool for resellers. It lets you write a listing once and post it to the marketplaces where you already have accounts. This policy explains what the Relistly web app and the Relistly Bridge browser extension access, why, and what we do (and don't) do with it.
The short version: Relistly acts on your behalf using your own signed-in marketplace sessions. We don't sell your data, we don't buy or sell on your behalf, and marketplace credentials are never sent to us — the extension uses your existing browser sessions locally.
What the extension accesses
- Marketplace session cookies — for the marketplaces you choose to link (e.g. Depop, Vinted, Grailed, StockX). The extension reads these in your browser to make listing actions as the signed-in you. Your marketplace passwords are never seen, stored, or transmitted.
- Your Relistly session cookie — read from your Relistly server so the extension knows which Relistly account a job belongs to.
- Page data on supported marketplace sites — read only to complete the listing actions you request (e.g. reading a form's structure or a site's own anti-CSRF token, which stays on your device).
How that data is used
- Solely to execute the listing, delisting, price, and offer actions you initiate from Relistly.
- Timing of those actions is paced by your Relistly server to respect each marketplace; no data leaves your control for advertising or profiling.
- The extension talks only to the Relistly server you configure (the hosted app by default, or your own if you self-host) and to the marketplaces you link.
What we store
- In the extension (on your device): which marketplaces are linked and small per-site technical tokens needed to complete your actions. This lives in your browser's extension storage.
- In your Relistly account: the listings you create, their status per marketplace, and activity history — the data the app exists to manage.
- Billing: if you subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe. We store your plan and a Stripe customer/subscription id — never your card number.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your personal data or listings with third parties for their own use.
- Collect your marketplace passwords, or transmit marketplace credentials to our servers.
- Use your data to train advertising or profiling systems.
Third parties
The only external services involved are the marketplaces you choose to link (governed by their own policies) and Stripe for billing. Relistly does not integrate advertising or analytics trackers into the extension.
Your control
- Unlink a marketplace any time by signing out of it in your browser; remove the extension to stop all access.
- Request deletion of your Relistly account and its data by contacting us.
